Major international flights land and take off from Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta airport - NBO on a daily basis. You can fly then to Ukunda Airstrip - UKA from Nairobi Jomo Kenyatta - NBO or Nairobi Wilson - WIL with Safarilink, Jambojet, EastAfrican and Skyward Express.
Mombasa Moi Airport - MSA is located 47km from Casa Hera and some international airlines offer regular/seasons flights to the airport.Â
It takes around 2-hours drive to get to Casa Hera from the airport. We'll be happy to arrange a cab for you.
Diani Beach is located along the A14 Mombasa - Lunga Lunga Highway.Â
It is located approximately halfway from Mombasa to the international border with Tanzania.Â
If you're driving South from Mombasa reach the junction to Diani Beach in Ukunda and turn left.Â
If you're driving North from Tanzania once you reach the junction to Diani Beach in Ukunda and turn right.
At the end of the road, once you reach the Carrefour, turn left and drive straight up to Bahari Dhow Beach Villas.Â
Turn left on the paved road and follow it for around 550m. Turn left on the rough road after passing Zarafa House. You'll find Casa Hera's gate on your left, after driving for around 500m.
You can travel with SGR (Standard Gauge Rail) from Nairobi Terminus (in Syokimau) to Mombasa Terminus.Â
The journey takes around 5 hours and you will enjoy the breathtaking Tsavo National Park's landscapes passing outside the window.

It takes around 2-hours drive to get to Casa Hera from the train station. We'll be happy to arrange a cab for you.
