Casa Hera is located in a private compound with a swimming pool surrounded by fresh coconut trees and flowers, free WiFi, secure parking, and a walled perimeter.
The compound has three houses:
Africa – the main house with two en-suite rooms on the ground floor: Yamo and Apaka.
Madagascar – a smaller house with three hostel-style rooms named after local ruins: Takwa, Gede, and Kongo, sharing bathrooms.
Mondo – an apartment with 2 double bedrooms (Mnazi and Madafu) and a private bathroom conveniently shared between them.

YAMO is a spacious quadruple en-suite room on the ground floor of Africa House.
It features one double bed (5x6) and two single beds (3x6) that can be joined to create a large double (6x6). All beds come with bedside tables, reading lights, and fresh, soft bedding.
You'll find plenty of space for luggage and clothes, plus a desk and chair for working comfortably.
The private bathroom includes a shower, sink, WC with gun flush, mirror, and storage. We provide towels and eco-friendly toiletries, with hot and cold water always available.

TAKWA, GEDE, and KONGO are our HOSTEL ROOMS. They are cosy double bedrooms with shared washrooms located in Madagascar’s building.
Each room features two single beds (3x6) that can be joined to create a large double (6x6). All beds come with bedside tables, reading lights, and fresh, soft bedding.
You'll find solutions to store luggages and clothes and a sink in each room.
The smart shared bathroom is divided into 3 areas: 2 WCs, sink area, and 2 showers. We provide towels and eco-friendly toiletries, with hot and cold water always available.
Madagascar Hostel’s rooms have access to their own shared lounge and dining area.

MONDO is an apartment with 2 double bedrooms and a stylish private bathroom shared among them.
It’s the perfect solution for families travelling with teens, small groups of friends and couples travelling together!
On the left, there is Room MADAFU, a double bedroom with a stunning garden and pool view. Through a large glass door, guests can enjoy beautiful and refreshing views of the garden. It features two single beds (3x6) that can be joined to create a large double (6x6)
On the right, there is Room MNAZI, a cosy double bedroom fitted with a double bed (5x6).
Both rooms are fitted with bedside tables, reading lights and a sink. Clean and soft bedding is provided.
The rooms have storage spaces for luggage and clothes.
The two rooms in the apartment have access to a private hallway leading to a private bathroom. This clever layout ensures that both rooms have complete privacy even when the guests from the other room access the bathroom.
The private bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC with gun flush and mirror. Bathrobes, towels, and eco-friendly toiletries are provided. Hot and cold water is always guaranteed.

The rooms are cleaned every day, but bedsheets and towels are changed on request: we ask our guests to be environment friendly and to be considerate of water consumption when requesting a replacement.
We offer free laundry service to all guests booking 3 nights or more! The laundry will be washed with care and will be delivered in 24 hours if the sun is shining!

Our shared open-air living room is where all the Casa Hera’s magic happens!
You will receive your personalized check-in experience with local advice and find a very conducive environment for remote working.
The living room is also a perfect area for relaxing: it comes with a library, board games, and complimentary drinking water, espresso, coffee, tea and tisanes.
Daily Casa Hera’s Signature Breakfast - which is included in the room rate is served here. It includes salty and sweet options, fresh juice, yoghurt with fruit and hot beverages. Menu options for dinner are also available on request!
